Great boots... But 'very well' insulted, March 11, 2012

After nearly many years of extreme pleasure using the Timberland Chukkas, I want to new boots. Went along to plenty of stores, tried on a great deal of boots. I wasn't going to buy anything on-line without trying it on in the store first, last but not least ran across these in a very local store. They deemed GREAT right as they are, but didn't have my size at 2 different stores i really ordered them here. I can't show you how hapy I'm with them. If you're looking for waterproof boots which have been comfortable all day long -- they are it! There's sufficient padding within the soles so they really are comfy yet firm, adequate insulation to keep warm however , not be too hot, and just enough flex in the ankle for perfect support. The traction is awesome at the same time. I have not tried them out in the snow yet, but have zero doubt they are going to keep my feet warm and dry.
